Warranty Terms And Condition ( Double EE Resources )

             Warranty and Policy

 

My - PAD Android tablet PC product from Double EE Resources is guaranted against any manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty card or original purchase receipt is valid only for domestic use in Malaysia.

 

To valide the warranty card , you are requested to fill in all necessary information ( owner's name. addres, telephone number, email addres, date of purchase, model and serial number ) on the card. The warranty card together with original purchase original reciept must be present to the Double EE Resources authorized services person before any repair can be made under warranty.

Warranty card from Double EE Resources is valid only for My-PAD product only and is subject to the terms and conditions. If the loss of this warranty card, you can show the  original sale purchase receipt for warranty purpose. If you fail to show between one of them, we define that no warranty for your device.

 

All cost, including mail, transportation, insurance and other incidental charges in relation to repair work, are at your expense. All other claims of any nature are not cover.

If product is out of warranty , Double EE Resources will charges a flat rate fee for the evaluation and repair of product based on model. Prior to proceding with the repair of a product that is out-of-warranty, Double EE Resources inform the purchaser a cost proposal that must be signed for acceptance and return.

Any replacement part furnished at no cost to the purchaser in fulfilment of this warranty are warranted only for the unexpired portion of the original warranty. Any service or repair outside the scope of the limited warranty shall be at Double EE's  rates and term then in effect.

The warranty does not apply to any of the following :

• Defect or mulfunction caused by damage resulting from improper care, misuse, abuse of the product, or operation of the product contrary to the instruction contained in the owner's manual.
• Damage or deffect caused  by accident, leakage of batteries, sand, soil,liquid and the like.
• Damage caused during transportation or mail.
• Damage caused by any modification or servicing performed by person other than Double EE's authorized services facility.
• Normal " Wear and Tear " as determined Double EE Resources, is NOT covered by this warranty.
• Accessories, including batteries and AC adapter , and other consumables.
• Any electronic data loss due to malfunctioning or repair of the product.
• Any consequal or incidental damages resulting from any breach of warranty, express or implied, applicable to the product.
• The serial number has been altered or removed.
